Opening Ceremony is back with more of their homespun brand of new classics. Unexpected twists on classic tailoring is the Opening Ceremony signature, and fall's fabrics are delivered with creative edge.
Fall is awash in a sea of cardigans thanks to the grandma and grandpa sweater trends, but none of them can be mistaken as Opening Ceremony.
The tiny pocket and 7-button closure on the Skinny Cardigan really stand out. The most original (and our current favorite) cardigan for the season imitates a blazer. It's actually called the 3 Button Blazer. Both sweaters are quirky originals that are easy to wear and everyday.
Two outerwear standards—the peacoat and toggle coat—are back in a big way this fall. And, here's what they look like OC'd.
The Formal Toggle Coat isn't like other toggles. The usual prepster narrative is swapped out for an expedition journal. Wooden horn buttons are a nice discovery. The Shawl Collar Coat combines 3 things we're fans of this fall: the shawl collar (cardigans, pullovers and coats), the peacoat, and pattern. This is the must-have coat for fall, especially if conventional peacoats are too ahoy for you. The window pane pattern is a perfect compliment, adding contrast without distracting.
