Hi, it's Cathy,
Tobi Chief Stylist. Welcome to 1-to-1 Shopping! How can I help you today?
Back in March we gave you a sneak preview of Loden Dager's Fall/Winter 2008 collection from their New York Fashion Week show at The Hoffman Refectory on the grounds of the General Theological Seminary. It was one of our favorite shows! Exploration was the theme, and we saw lots of colorful understatement, clean and era stamped with pants tucked into boots and scarves hung loosely around the neck. It was all about how to dress when venturing into uncharted territory. Cotton was the fabric story in magenta, khaki, and shades of blue.
Always thoughtfully thorough in their pursuit of inspiration for every season, we love Paul Marlow and gang for that creative authenticity, but, the reason we're really hooked on Loden Dager is because of the wovens.
The Long Sleeve Oxford Standard Shirt in Cloud Grey and Sunset Pink are great color additions in a flattering fit. The must-have is the Long Sleeve Printed Stripe Fitted Shirt in Cinnamon. If you want that complete Loden Dager look, add the H.C. Bresson Wool Flannel Vest.
And, if you're looking for a clean, classic casual jacket check out the P. Guston Techno Canvas Windbreaker. A great light layer alternative to all the beefy outerwear options this season, and it comes in Khaki!
