about the designer
Streetwear soars to new heights with statement tees from Hot Air. Founder and creative director Chike Ozah became inspired after watching a YouTube video on hot air balloons and interpreted their geometric designs as postmodern art. He also saw a niche market for Hot Air in the affluent lifestyle associated with the sport of hot air balloon travel, similar to Nautica with sailing and Ralph Lauren with polo. With tees in buoyant colors and signature hot air balloon icons, the designer’s quickly blowing us away. For once, being full of Hot Air is a good thing.
