Icon-rightIcon-down about the designer
You might not know it yet, but you know Free People. The Philly boutique started by Dick Hayne in 1970 eventually grew to a chain of stores, and was renamed Urban Outfitters. Free People became UO's private label, and became Anthropologie before that also became a chain. The line has come full circle and is once again known as Free People! Whew. While its lineage is famous, Free People has its own unique identity.

Free People's vibe is young but well-traveled, adventurous and a little bohemian. It's affordable and versatile, mix and match nomad chic! You'll take every piece on the road with you. Free People appeals to that creative free spirit that doesn't want to look like everyone else, and wants quality without spending a fortune. Wait, that's all of us!
