Hey babe! We’re bummed things didn’t work out. However, the good news is we offer free returns within the United States when you use our prepaid return shipping label.
What you should know:
NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling!
If your order was placed without registering or signing in to your Tobi.com account; you will have to register, or sign into your Tobi.com account to view and apply your store credit.
We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date. Before you make your purchase, make sure to check out this list of non-refundable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund and/or send your items back if any items listed above are returned to us.
While we strive to provide the highest level of service, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address details are provided for your order. We cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address being provided. All orders that are returned to sender (Tobi) due to incorrect information supplied by the customer (incorrect or incomplete address) will be processed as a normal return and issued store credit.

We recommend customers keep a copy of the packing slip filled out with reason codes in case your package gets lost on its way back to us! If you have any questions or concerns about your return, our Customer Care team is standing by to help!
