Orders placed between 11/27/2019 and 12/16/2019, will have until January 15, 2020 to make a return. This means that the return package must be postmarked for return shipment before or on 01/15/2020. Anything postmarked after will NOT be accepted for a refund/exchange/credit.
In addition, the Prepaid Return Shipping Label (Domestic Customers) will only be available through the Tobi account within 10 days from the order's delivery date. Please note that this policy will not change during the holidays. Therefore, If you are making the return after the original 10 days but still within the 30 day return policy OR before holiday cut off, the return must be made via your own funds.
If your original order was sent in a black Tobi poly mailer, you will be able to re-use it for your return shipping.

If your order was placed without registering or signing in to your Tobi.com account; you will have to register, or sign into your Tobi.com account to view and apply your store credit.
We accept all returns postmarked within 30 days from when it was delivered.

If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each order.
Not all packages are delivered in resealable bags due to the quantity of items and/or shipping method selected.
Tobi is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
