Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date.  Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Tobi hangtags attached.  Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, earrings, hair accessories, body suits and beauty products
  • Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
  • All items marked “FINAL SALE”
    • Final sale items also cannot be exchanged
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
  • Shoes without the original box - the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps

Tobi reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

Return Instructions

Please follow the instructions on your packing slip, fill out the applicable sections and include it in your return package.  If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each item.

Your return must be sent (or postmarked) within within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible.

Tobi is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

Return Processing

Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed.  You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited.  Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.  Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
